I contacted someone in GBX associated with CS on their side, and he strongly encouraged filing the ticket as this may be something the support desk can help with.
While GBX staff do check the forums for issues, they have repeatedly indicated that having logs via the CS system helps track, identify, and prioritize issues for the bug fix team. I mean I usually play offline as well and I redownloaded my profile so how do i license transfer or do i have to waste live? If you reformatted your hard drive and lost access to content that means you had to have purchased it on a previous console. So either, you license transferred for a friend or someone license transferred from your account your friend or that other person now has access to this content offline while you can only access content online , or you were playing on a previous console and in that case you'd need to license transfer.
Those are the only reasons why the licenses would have reset. Ok heres the thing. You suspose to read what you can do on Dlc online and offline. Some Dlc require online conncetion to play it. It only works online now thats stupid it should be you bought it you play it not you bought it so play online to play! I dont know yet but thats what im assuming and if thats true then i dont know what to say because this hasnt happend till now and minecraft becomes a trial! And microsoft if this is true give me the disc version of left 4 dead 2 or a refund.
